Touchstone TMS, a psychiatric provider that specializes in therapies for treatment-resistant depression and other mental health disorders, opened its newest clinic in Anacortes today.

Anacortes marks the fifth location for the provider; others include Lakewood, Puyallup, Olympia, and Gig Harbor.

In addition to transcranial magnetic stimulation, or TMS therapy, Touchstone TMS also offers esketamine treatments, magnetic peripheral nerve stimulation for chronic pain, and more.

Andrew Mortimer, a doctor of osteopathic medicine and a recent addition to Touchstone TMS, will oversee treatments at the new clinic, according to a release. 

“We are very excited to bring Touchstone TMS to Anacortes and become part of this community,” Dr. Kris Peterson, medical director of Touchstone TMS, said in a release. “We look forward to providing patients with personalized care and additional treatment options as they work toward improved mental health and quality of life.”

Touchstone TMS in Anacortes is accepting new patients and is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
